Founded by Carlos Villamar, the arm builds around its patented GreenHome Units and integrates vertical farming and fish farming systems directly into settlement design. The result is habitat that houses people and feeds them from the same footprint — self-sufficient in food, resource-light, and durable enough to serve as a long-term community rather than an emergency stopgap.
