Construction-focused housing & micro-homes. Homes for Change is GPCT's builder — the arm that turns H.O.P.E. Housing Our People Everywhere's intake into physical units, taking projects from foundations through to handover under GPCT oversight.
The core deployable unit is the micro-home: small-footprint, cost-controlled housing that can be produced repeatably and placed where it is needed. Inside Homes for Change sits O.P.T.I.M.A. R.E.S.T.O.R.E., the arm's 90-day rapid-deployment engine for standing up housing quickly in crisis, displacement, and post-disaster contexts where months-long build timelines are not an option.
