Housing Our People Everywhere. H.O.P.E. Housing Our People Everywhere is GPCT's emergency and transitional shelter arm — the first point of contact for people in crisis, and the on-ramp into every other program under GPCT oversight.
The arm runs an end-to-end pipeline: emergency shelter for immediate safety, transitional housing while circumstances stabilize, and hand-off pathways into long-term stability. Housing is treated as the foundation everything else depends on — until people have a safe place to sleep, work, education, health, and livelihood support cannot take root.
